This is the only place I will ever take my car to be serviced. I trust Leonard and Michael to do the right thing and not charge me for services I don't need. They are honest and friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for being in the Village.
This place is horrible. The mechanics here will rev your engine for fun, overcharge you, and take longer than necessary for the work being done. Did I mention they have a massive pavement hump that blocks the garage way that they pull your cars into on the side of their shop? Because they'll casually run your car over that and scrape it up and you can check it out for yourself if your a non-believer. While visiting a friend here in Ashburn, I discovered my Inspection sticker was about to expire. My friend Karen recommended Ashburn Service Center. It was the best experience I ever had taking my car in for service. Everyone from the front counter to the repair and inspection shop was very courteous and respectful. Inspection was spot on. Back brakes were bad; they gave a quote for repair with no pressure to do the job. They inflated my tires and patched a nail hole I didn't even know was there. Same as the previous "new" customers. If you've been going there awhile I guess you're ok? Do not take your car here. I went local because I try to stay away from chain stores. I love supporting local businesses, but what a mistake I made by going here. Things that were not a problem when you take your car in seem to "break" while in their care. Then that turns out to be hundreds of dollars they quote you to fix something that they broke. Nightmare. Don't go here. Stay away. You can find my full review on Yelp.
Please save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT take your car here. It's easily the worst auto repair business I've ever dealt with. They overcharge, create issues, and have lousy customer service. I wish I would have asked around before going -- I've since learned from numerous other people about similar horrible experiences.
