RecommendedI've lived in a lot of places over the years, and I must say, Ashbrook by Broadmoor is one of my favorites for so many reasons. The staff are all so kind and helpful. I feel like they truly care, and it shows! Having no maintenance worries is such a plus. Just a quick call, and someone comes over for ANYTHING I need. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in Lincoln, NE and even after only a month of being here, this by far tops the list of favorite places I've lived! First off the staff is SO friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for a better group. The maintenance group is so quick! Every little thing I've needed from a clogged toilet to a refrigerator water filter, they've fixed the same day. The layout of the apartment is beautiful. My husband and I came to Lincoln recently and visited many apartment complexes. Once we toured Ashbrook, it was very difficult to give other places a fair shot. We were sold immediately! After now having lived in two different apartments at Ashbrook (studio first, now 1-bedroom), we can't imagine finding any other complex as satisfactory as Ashbrook. The amenities, the staff, the maintenance, the location, the quiet, the luxury... they can't be matched. We're so grateful to get to live here!
Outstanding apartment complex, excellent staff, by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.
What a wonderful place to live. Great gym with all the equipment you could possibly need for aerobics or weight training. Pool is fabulous. So many events to meet residence. By the way we are not young millennial. Love being able to come and go without worrying about yard work while we travel.
Ashbrook has found the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable living! In addition to the apartment finishes themselves, the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse are great amenities. Most importantly, the staff truly strive to get to know their residents and are quick to respond to questions/concerns if they arise. I've lived in other complexes in the Lincoln area and Ashbrook has been the most superior experience by far!
