I was very pleased with the treatment and care that I received on my dental procedure. It went better than I expected. However, I was not as pleased with the billing procedure. There seemed to be some confusion about my portion of the bill and how much I already deposited on the amount due. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating.
Everyone in this office is very courteous and professional. 5 stars for sure.

What phenom customer service, skills & kindness. I can not thank Dr Patel and his wife enough for coming to my aid in my patient emergency over the wknd. My front tooth, a porcelain veneer, popped off on Sat night and within mins of dialing the office number we were able to get Dr Patel's personal cell no. Did I mention this was on a Saturday evening?- non business hours or not daytime?!
