The staff is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is the best dentist I've ever had. I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore, and that's saying something!
The entire staff is fantastic. Thank you for making every visit as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Patel is amazing. He said that he would pull my four wisdom teeth without pain and that I would be able to drive home afterwards - both were true. In addition, I had NO swelling and next to no pain (stopped taking pain meds the next day). My co-workers and family couldn't believe that I was out doing yard work less than two days later and I didn't look like a chipmunk!
What phenom customer service, skills & kindness. I can not thank Dr Patel and his wife enough for coming to my aid in my patient emergency over the wknd. My front tooth, a porcelain veneer, popped off on Sat night and within mins of dialing the office number we were able to get Dr Patel's personal cell no. Did I mention this was on a Saturday evening?- non business hours or not daytime?! I was very pleased with the treatment and care that I received on my dental procedure. It went better than I expected. However, I was not as pleased with the billing procedure. There seemed to be some confusion about my portion of the bill and how much I already deposited on the amount due. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating.
Everyone in this office is very courteous and professional. 5 stars for sure.
Ken is the best.
The staff and Doctors were very nice and efficient. They have always been thorough with good follow through.
