I have been see doctor Alex for 6 months. The treatment see subscribe for me has changed my life.
Dr. Alex and her staff are very disorganized. I had to call the office 3 times in order to get them to send x-ray documents to the imaging center. She was not prepared for our visit and as a result she told us we were only scheduled for a 30 minite appointment and would have to reschedule. I politely advised her we would not and it is her responsibility to obtain the necessary test results so can make the necessary diagnosis. Dr Alex is a great Doctor. She is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She quickly diagnosed my husband, and started him on a treatment plan that has helped him so much. If not for Dr Alex I think he would be in a wheelchair by now. Instead he’s enjoying life and at the gym right now.
Dr Alex took over the practice of my former rheumatologist. There is noticeable decay at this practice. The office itself is depressing (her office was relocated). Dr Alex and her staff seem disorganized at times and my final appointment with Dr Alex was rescheduled 3 times. I wanted to see Dr Alex as I was having an issue. By the time my third rescheduled date arrived the appointment had to be a tele visit.
