Ash and his mechanics do good work, The prices are bit high in my opinion but he does good work . He will tell you what your car needs an give you a quote for the work. I don't think you need to worry about him quoting you for anything more than what your car needs to be fixed but the prices are a bit steep(more than dealerships) so I minus one star for that. I had a very disappointing experience with Ash Automotive and would not recommend them based on the customer service we received. My son called ahead and was specifically advised to bring the vehicle on Thursday before the end of the day for drop-off. We made arrangements accordingly and arrived as instructed. However, when we got there, no one was present at the office initially.
