I had a very disappointing experience with Ash Automotive and would not recommend them based on the customer service we received. My son called ahead and was specifically advised to bring the vehicle on Thursday before the end of the day for drop-off. We made arrangements accordingly and arrived as instructed. However, when we got there, no one was present at the office initially.
