Horrible customer service, lying regarding contract being signed, never answering the phone or responding to emails. Never again
Horrendous customer service. They do not care. Was locked out of my home for over 24 hours and they did not send a tech nor did they follow up or offer to pay for the hotel room I was forced to get. They are getting bought out by Apollo Global Management by the way. Stay away. This company does not care about their customers, Good riddance! Bottom line is I've never called them for anything in over 3 years and the one time I needed their help they were AWAL and did not care. Truth.
