Kenny was wonderful and so nice. Nicole was quick to arrive at the hospital and get things going. My complaint is the after care portion. I have been waiting over a month with multiple calls to AseraCare for items to be picked up because the initial person didn't take them with him. The care shouldn't end at death! The family is devastated after a loss and shouldn't have to argue for a month to get a morphine pump and oxygen tank (that can be dangerous) to be picked up.

If I could Leave less than 1 Star i would . PLEASE do not use this company , Our experience was horrific at best. Staff was unsympathetic robotic like in all responses , Did not give clear direction on anything not even the multiple heavy narcotics my Father was on , Staff could have implemented crisis care during a 72 hour period of around the clock hallucinations due to medication side affects However they claimed they do not provide that type of care although their website says they do , In the final minutes of my fathers... read more
Poor Timing issues. It took 3 plus hours for nurse to respond to ECF for family member to be transferred to hospital. The last two days have been a waiting game. Yesterday, I was advise nurse would be by between 3-5. Nurse came by around 10 pm. Today, nurse was to call around 7 am to advise regarding equipment delivery and stop by around 10 am. 6:47 pm. Still waiting. Nice day loss.
