I give the gym 5 stars. Good equipment (lots of recent new additions too) - nice staff. I give the pool 1 star. The pool is dreadful. I have been coming here for ten years for swimming lessons. It is incredibly hot inside as a spectator (which I have no option not to be because my kids are having lessons). They don’t seem to operate any air conditioning or even fans half the time. Came today for my swim teaching class with LSV in the morning at 10am. Shout out to the girl at the front office today (who I regretly didn’t ask for her name) she helped me above and beyond with my tiny incident. If all the swimming staff has an empathetic helpful attitude towards others just like her. Leisure centres will have such positive impacts bringing the community together. Thank you so much!
