We’ve been having a wonderful experience so far with instructor Kayhan. He is fun, passionate, and patient instructor who makes every class enjoyable and engaging. Highly recommend this swim school for little learners!
We moved here for swimming after the Kensington Pool closed for renovation and honestly we will probably stay here. If you get a good teacher then you can find yourself going up 2 or 3 levels in 1 year. Some of the teachers aren't great and just watch you swim and give you basic tips until the level up people come and give tips. Have noticed that lots of people start swimming classes for their kids here & then move elsewhere. The instructors are great, but the classes have too many kids (this morning our son’s class had 9! Children participating in one half hour class), feels like a bit of a money grab. The staff that work in the centre are mainly kids & don’t really have answers to a lot of questions & in our personal experience made mistakes & left us to deal with the consequences of that. I give the gym 5 stars. Good equipment (lots of recent new additions too) - nice staff. I give the pool 1 star. The pool is dreadful. I have been coming here for ten years for swimming lessons. It is incredibly hot inside as a spectator (which I have no option not to be because my kids are having lessons). They don’t seem to operate any air conditioning or even fans half the time.
