A man driving an Ascot Heating branded van swerved and almost crashed into us. Clearly these employees aren’t safe. Maybe it was an accident but he didn’t seem to show any remorse - he didn’t say sorry or anything.

Simon repaired a faulty circuit board in our hydronic heating and serviced our system in Footscray. He was a pleasure to deal with and very kind to our enthusiastic dog.
I had an existing boiler replaced by Simon and his team. Simon, Trent and Jamie were very helpful, professional, friendly and courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend Ascot Heating.
Jamie,Simon & the team are a bunch of legends. Had a couple of issues with my heating, had the boiler replaced & they revisited my place on a couple of occasions at no extra charge to address some teething issues. They even gave me a fancier boiler than what I paid for at no extra charge!!!
