this place has become the worst to live since new managemnt took over, the place is dirty they havent powered washed in years. cars are getting broken into. the coyotes are running rampant through the property due to it not having a back fence, coyotes get in a eat the residents pets dont even think about putting in a work order because they dont have the material to replace anything and it takes months for anything to be fixed. the mail keeps getting broken into, its just horrible needs new managment asap DO NOT MOVE HERE

I reported a leak and mold growing on my wall surrounding the A/C closet in my kitchen in my apartment. My roommate and I have been requesting basic information about this complex and wanting to take a tour since Tuesday of last week. EVERY DAY we’ve called, left voicemails, emailed, had a realtor email them for us - NOTHING. We’ve never been able to get in touch with them for LEASING INFORMATION. I don’t know what kind of apartment community doesn’t jump at the chance to get their units leased while their website says they have plenty of units available. Customer service was terrible. I recently still have to pay for utility problem even though I move out for two months. I signed move-out paper in the middle of June and I paid every fee I owe them, but now the utility company still charged me for September??? It does not make any sense at all. I am out of state at the moment so that I am not be able to contact them via phone number, so I sent them messages on Facebook and all they did was blocked me. Wow !! This has been our favorite apartment in Austin! The location is convenient to I-35 and close to grocery stores and eateries. All 3 major pizza places are within 5 miles or less. The 3 bedroom layout is amazing for our family and we got a great deal for a 6 month lease when compared to other comparable properties. It is quiet here, and everyone is kind. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. My car has been vandalized and broken into on more than four occasions in the last 30 days and the apartment management doesn't do anything about it
