Love living here! Staff is wonderful and very responsive to requests. There is clearly intentional effort put into keeping this property clean, quiet, safe, and pleasant to live at (lots of events with free food) - making it a wonderful place to call home!
I've lived here coming up on a year, Ascent has had many complaints of dogs barking in the courtyard all night and refuse to do anything about it. It is overly priced and we pay to much money to hear dogs barking for 5 hours consistently.
Ascent is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful place to live.
On the outside, it looks nice. Inner courtyard looks fantastic as a place to relax or entertain guests. Inside hallways are creepy and echo a lot because they are concrete. This is because it is very pet friendly - can't have people's dogs accidentally peeing on carpet because they couldn't wait to get from the 5th floor to ground level. As someone who provides professional services to a few residents, I'd love to see a bike lock-up area for visitors.
