I called in to get some pricing information about a nose piercing. Upon answering the phone and asking my question, the representative responded saying "You just called and hung up on me". Very rude considering you are providing a service to the public. I briefly explained to her that I did not call prior to this and continued to ask my question among a few others to get clarity on the types of metal used as I have allergies. Most amazing piercing experience ever! I have been getting piercings for the last 25 years, and I must say, that their resident piercer, Alexia Phillips, is the best I have ever worked with: professional, experienced, highly skilled and always calm and friendly. So far, I have had 3 piercings done by her and am absolutely thrilled with the results - will be back for more in no time!
I go my Daith pierced by Alexia and she was amazing! She talked me through every step and made sure to tell me how to keep it clean even though I have other piercings. The atmosphere is relaxing an everything is super clean!
