The front desk staff did not ask the doctor can I still be seen after I said it was important appointment for my kidneys and I was hurting wasn’t no one else in that doctors office but me I told her I was stuck in traffic coming all the way from Bessemer to homewood she refuse to ask him he gave me another appointment so recommend this and bad doctors office and will be going to a better hospital then this one
Dr. Healy provided excellent care following my brother’s skull fracture. He was attentive, thorough, and took the time to carefully listen while clearly explaining medications and the treatment plan. His professionalism, patience, and respectful manner were greatly appreciated during a stressful time. The front reception staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful with check-in and coordination, which made the visit run smoothly.
