If I could give zero stars I would. I had my first and last appointment here in February. Upon entering the office you are not greeted at all. I stood at the front desk for several minutes before the lady even spoke to me and said give her a minute. No one in this office is friendly by any means. I had to change endocrinologist due to a change in my insurance. We went over my previous history with my thyroid issues and I let them know I was due for another ultrasound. Second appointment in a row that was excessively late. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30. Was told by electronic reminder to be here 15 minutes early. At 8:15, I am still in the waiting room. I wasn't even asked to start checking in until after 8:00, 45 minutes after I got here.

I did not feel listened to during my appointment and grace spencer refused to do a follow up after I had an ultrasound done that found over an inch long mass in my thyroid. My primary doctor told me to see the endocrinologist again but she declined. She also missed this mass during my initial exam which is a big problem. I would not recommend if you’re wanting a doctor that truly works with you and listens to you.

I’ve been referred and absolutely can’t reach anyone. I left work to go there in efforts to get a response and 3 days later still nothing. I’ve literally been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. I desperately need to see Dr. Townes.
