I don't want to upset or hurt anyone. But the receptionist is not friendly. She never smiles at patients. And projects an additude that is no pleasant in my opinion. There is a distinct difference in how she speaks to people and how the doctor and nurse speak to me. Honestly speaking. I try to avoid her as much as possible. She's just not a pleasant friendly person. But that's just my opinion...
Dr. Townes is the best. I drive an hour to see her each visit. She's so kind and truly listens to what I have to say. She is very up to date on diabetes. She is very timely and her staff is wonderful. She is an awsome doctor
I always have a AWESOME visit every time I go,they are super nice too.
