Great hospital. Unfortunately since the university of Alabama in Birmingham has bought it. They have increased the copays for everything. The university wants their money no matter what.
First visit since the UAB merger, and it was horrible. All of my care has been with St Vincent’s physicians and facilities since the 90’s; and I have never had a negative experience. The check-in process is cumbersome (not being able to check in on my own device in advance is not new; but no instructions were given when I was handed a clipboard with additional paperwork).
