Blood pressure bottomed out at my primary doctor this morning. Passed out in the office. Doc called ambulance to send me here. Ambulance didn’t show after an hour. She had me get a family member to bring me here. Got here 12:45 pm. It’s currently 8:08 and am stilling sitting in the waiting room. Never again!
The care from Dr Caleb Pierce was a joke!! No care whatsoever about you or finding a solution to major issues!! Will never be back to St Vincent’s. Do better
My family member arrived in Emergency department by ambulance with pneumonia at 7:30 am. . Dr ordered CXR and CT Scan of chest which shows left lower lobe pneumonia. Dr told us he was ordering IV fluids and IV antibiotics. At midnight, patient still has not received any IV antibiotics. Orders to admit patient to room. Room assignment ready at 7 pm. At midnight patient still has not been moved to her room Nurse says delay caused by needing telemetry box for patient transport. When asked why no IV antibiotics yet, He looked at... read more
Came in for heart palpitations and feeling lightheaded. After 8 hours, my visit was closed on MyChart. I watched them tell an elderly man with a bloody face that he wasn't getting a room yet. Worst hospital chain in Alabama
