My elderly mother had surgery. Pre-op nurse was wonderful. Everything else was a complete joke. The status screen gets refreshed by the surgery liason person. Although no one in back updated my mom's status. I kept asking liaison person for more accurate update. I was told it's the staff in the back. It will refresh when they update status. 6 hrs later, transportation shows up to pick her up. Then I get to see mom for 5 mins while transportation service pulls her on their bed. Family had to stay due to an infection. 5 days later no answer on what the infection is from. During those 5 days NOT ONCE did house keeping clean the room or bathroom. A janitor did come once a day to change the trash. Every time she ordered her food she would have to sit on hold for 15 minutes waiting to make an order that wouldn't arrive for another 45mins... When food did arrive it was always missing something or not what was ordered. She had to ask a nurse to change her bedding.. They were kind but could do way better!
