My elderly mother had surgery. Pre-op nurse was wonderful. Everything else was a complete joke. The status screen gets refreshed by the surgery liason person. Although no one in back updated my mom's status. I kept asking liaison person for more accurate update. I was told it's the staff in the back. It will refresh when they update status. 6 hrs later, transportation shows up to pick her up. Then I get to see mom for 5 mins while transportation service pulls her on their bed.
