RecommendedGod bless the ICU nurses. They're taking great care of my dad, and being very helpful and kind when giving updates. It's a very trying, harrowing time to be in healthcare, and I appreciate they're still providing such amazing care, to patients and their families.
trying to make an appointment with your doctor is horrible. you wait on hold for at least 20 minutes, can't speak to the office. and the red tape is ridiculous. central scheduling needs a lesson in customer service.
They could do their job? They treated a family member for possible covid-19 infection today. They failed to listen to all four quadrants of their lungs, did not take a chest x-ray, and refused to do the covid-19 test since they were not being admitted. The State Department of Health, seemed a little more concerned about the patients symptoms. They reccomended that we wait to see if the ER orders have any effect for 24 hours. i really dont like this hospital and how horribly rundown and dirty this hospital looks in some areas! i like St Francis much better but if you have kidney stones or kidney problems you Have no Choice you will be transferred to this place. im not impressed with the C.C.U nurse or the quality of care my mother is getting.
