Terrible facility staff is not accommodating
Had an appointment for two hip injections. When per-admitions called a few days before my appointment they quoted me a price of about $750. The doctors and were great with no problems. Then I get a bill in the mail for almost twice of what I was quoted. Not very happy. I called Billing and just got the runaround and they said they couldnt give me an exact price for my injections. They should know what it costs and what insurance will cover. Will never be going back.
my mother went to emergency room around 12pm and still waiting tonfind a room... i know there viruse going around but why can't do something for people that not sick with virus.... no one planned for this virus... also she didn't get any food or water until 8pm... I remember when hospital was good .....
RecommendedMost everyone there made it a great first time surgery experience. Michelle was the first nurse to help & she was great at gathering my info, even putting the papers I brought written by doctors for doctors on my conditions in my chart. I feel terrible I do not remember the anesthesiologist but he was great and made sure to ask questions about the paper, noting I have cracks in my lower teeth & TMJ. Dr Sebastian & his PA Ryan(? RecommendedI brought my daughter earlier this week.(to the emergency room). And I was impressed with the safety measures being taken. From the time that we entered the door, every precaution was taken seriously. BTW, you have some truly awesome folks that work in registration. I wish that I could remember the woman's name, she has long curly hair. She's taken care of us many times. She is always extremely kind, and very helpful! Thank you!

If you want to be alienated from your family this is the hospital for you.I use to love this hospital but the way they are treating my spouse and me I wouldn't recommend this hospital.
