Went in lastnight with chest pains, ekg was good, two shots of meds that didn't work (and one wasn't documented) and was sent home with a sling and the diagnosis of a muscle strain....went to Riverview today, got an x-ray and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I got my antibiotics and hopefully the the wait to get them didn't cause the bacteria in my lungs to fester too much. Nice job blowing me off guys, I really appreciate it. Last night was the busiest I have ever seen the er. Other than the long wait ( almost 5 hrs. ) it was good. Nurse Jennifer is an excellent nurse and took very good care of me.
Very great clean place to go. Was taken care of very well and the staff was overly friendly.
Needs to close or get rid of those making it look bad. And fix the outrageous billing for 20 minutes visit to E.R.
Honestly not sure that I can say I like any hospital lol for obvious reasons but......was treated very well treatment & diagnosis very prompt & staff was very very courteous professional & understood!! Thanks who was involved yesterday.....have a blessed day!
The ER department sucks! There is only 1 Doctor and 4 nurses that seem to care and had compassion! The rest of the staff is rude and unkind!
