I have two pages written front and back of concerns. 1. Medicines were not always dispensed on time. 2. The staff took 45 minutes up to an hour and a half to answer call lights. 3. The bedding wasn’t changed properly. Sat in blood for a few days. 4. I was offered twice in a 9 day stay to help me wash up. 5. Staff on site were caring and kind- billing was highway robbery. I was seen for what was ultimately a minor injury that did not require any type of bloodwork or hospitalization. I wasn't even given a physical exam. I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals, waited for about 45 minutes, then spoke to a doctor who did not examine me. I was sent home with a script. Husband has been in for surgery for 5 days so far. The first day they marked him as NPO and quarantined for COVID, both by mistake. The Drs, nurses and techs, when there is one, have been great. The main problem is with dietary. You have to call and order your meal. You might be put on hold from 10 to 45 minutes before they take your order.
