Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and gracious, from the receptionist to the nurse, to the doctor and even for my x-ray
Their policy is to deny treatment to an injured employee if there isn’t a workers comp claim number in advance. This is not a law, it’s this urgent cares policy. Which is absurd. An injury at a workplace doesn’t require a workers comp claim number at all, as long as it’s paid. Small bills such as cleaning a cut or mild burn by an Urgent Care is typically paid directly by the company, and this urgent care shouldn’t have a policy that denies treatment because the workplace is paying directly. Won’t try to use this place again.

The medical assistance and customer service reps can do a better job than the mediocre providers.. If you don't ask to be tested for certain illnesses, they won't do it. They will just look at you for 2 minutes with the least amount of effort to diagnose your issue as possible. I don't know if they're not getting paid enough but they are definitely not happy and don't treat their patients well.
