Don’t waste your time the phone system is the worst. I’ve seen in a long time never answer the phone never answers the phone. New old Patient never answer the phone. You will get a voicemail every time and be told they’re gonna return your call. The call will come days later. They leave a voicemail for you to call them back. Been trying to make an appointment for over 3 weeks now. No one answers the phone or returns a call. Automated message saying they're closed, during regular business hours. I'll be happy to update this review, once I can get a response from a live person.
The whole staff is very dedicated to treatment. It has been 3 years since my treatment and I am thankful for all the care they provided
I’ve been visiting this infusion center weekly for the past month, and I’ve never felt so at ease in such an otherwise stressful setting. The nurses here are truly incredible—warm, friendly, and caring. They treat me with genuine kindness, and their humor and compassion always brighten my day. Even though I dread getting stuck with a needle, I actually look forward to each visit just to see them. Crystal and Keke always makes me laugh.
