Emergency room excellent services from registration to admission. The environmental services need improvement, no cleaning the entire time i was there. Food services employee very professional but food other than breakfast was horrible. Medical staff very caring but lack communication towards each other. Meaning I would share a medical situation nd then the Dr said it was never rec'd nd vice versa. Overall, once admitted improvement is definitely needed.
Preop was fantastic. Kind and professional. Surgery was a blur. Post surgery was great. Problem 1 was there was no room available for me to go to. When i finally got a room(3507). 2. It was not ready, no bed, no towels, room was not clean, especially the bathroom. When you are in a hospital you want to to be spotless, it wasn’t. 3. There was a problem with the IV pump.
