I have been going to this practice for a few years due to insurance reasons. The receptionists, medical assistants and phlebotomists are wonderful. However, my pcp is always rushing through my appointments. She frequently forgets to send in my prescriptions or is impossible to reach regarding refills. I had an appointment May 21. My pcp was a hr late. This is inexcusable and reflects little to no customer service.The part that shows my pcp does not care about patients as their flyers and slogans would suggest. I made this appointment surrounding cancer. I missed her call and called back within 2 seconds no reply. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Horrible experiencia esta clínica me hizo esperar durante 3 horas tenía una cita para realizar un examen luego de esperar esas tres horas me hicieron quitar la ropa para realizar el examen y vino la enfermera a decirme que no me lo iban hacer horrible servicio al cliente en este lugar no quiero era regresar jamás
