Completely dislike the new doctor I'm seeing since mine retired. I've tried him twice and both times my concerns were dismissed. I ended up in the emergency with severe bronchitis and raging ear infections because he ignored my symptoms. I will not go back to this dr and I do not recommend him. All he gives is a rude and cocky attitude.
DR.Dickerson is amazing! We just seen her for the first time and I'll just say I'm very picky about doctors for my kids (as most parents or guardians are) and she is amazing. Very friendly, fun, concerned and explains things in a way everyone will understand. She actually listens to the parents and doesn't interrupt like some doctors. Jan Hoover is an excellent NP and does everything she can to make sure I leave in better shape than I arrived. Best family doctor I've had!
