well.... not sure about the care there since fortunately havent used them in years. But based on billing practices...... awful. 3 to 4 weeks ago, my husband got a bill from Ascension Via Christi for PT from 11/2019. THATS 11 MONTHS LATER. So I talk to insurance and they are resubmitting with some extra info i gave them because it's not a small bill. Thier ER nurses are great. But have yet to meet an ER doctor/ or hospitalist that made the correct diagnoses. in my case I have a history of smoking weed....7 years ago. I was treated like a junkie by certain Drs, and most recently Dr. Roader came into my room, said i may have an infection causing pain in my lower back, gave me 4 norcos to go home with and refused to write a prescription for an antibiotic. after reading my lab results from my ua, i definitely have an infection. and so it makes me wonder if he even looked at ... read more

Is something wrong with your phones? I’ve been trying to reach central scheduling ALL week...I’ve spent over 2 1/2 hours this week just trying to get a hold of a live person to make an apt. For a routine test. 877 717 7700. This is unacceptable- I’ve been going to this location for years but I might switch hospitals over this.

Had a hard time coming out of anesthesia from a gallbladder removal surgery and according to my husband nobody would let him know what was going on, he had to harass people to get any answers. When he finally spoke to the doctor and was able to come back to me he seen they had just thrown me in a pitch dark room and closed the door. This was 2 hrs after my surgery! RecommendedI want to give a huge shout out to the l&d staff!! From the nurses, to the students who came in, the custodians, the hearing test lady, the pediatricians, the cafeteria workers, Dr. Gros and whoever i may have missed. Everybody was truly amazing during my stay! Thank you for all you all have done for me and my new baby boy!
