I would have given 5 stars during the several years that I just needed the occasional check-up. When I went into the hospital and needed urgent help, Dr. Nelsen and his staff were consistently careless and uncoordinated, to the point of being unsafe. If you want your doctor to read your messages, review your case before talking to you, help with referrals, speak with other specialists, or really do anything beyond writing prescriptions, I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere.
Dr Kannan was through and compassionate , I really liked her .
Live my doctor and when I call there everyone is so polite and helpful.
All the staff was kind. Dr Krueger is a wonderful Dr. She is very attentive. She cares about her patients. I have been a patient for years. I will have her as my DR. as long as she is practicing medicine.
