I've been here for a routine physical and Dr. Patel was great. Unfortunately I developed an ear infection when she was out of the office and the only doctor available was Dr. Isham. His bedside manner was...weird but I was willing to overlook that as everyone's personality is different. What I can't overlook is the fact that he pulled aggressively on my ear asking if "that hurt?" when the whole reason I came in was for ear pain. They never answer their phones. I call all times of day and leave messages with no one ever answering the phone. Super frustrating. Doctor I is good but I can’t get the care I need.
Ms Aretha was friendly and helpful she also made me feel welcome Ms Laura was nice and respectful and Dr Patel is Awesome
Unfortunately I have to agree with the predatory billing comments in other reviews. Before you go here do a search on “Ascension Medical Group class action lawsuit”. My annual physical that is fully covered by my insurance has cost me $200 due to the way it has been billed. I’ve spent the past 6 months trying to connect with anyone who can help. I have only gotten through to the call center who has no ability to adjust the way things are billed. The main number does not answer calls and I have left multiple voice mails with ... read more
I love the service that I received from the doctor office, and everyone were very pleasant. I really loved the service I received, I would recommend this doctor to everyone. I really was satisfied when I left the doctor office.
