Excellent products and customer service.
Bought items from ohlalacheri.com who own this company. Customer service does not want to work with. I ask to exchange due to size matter, they told me since its Final Sale item, does not offer exchange. Web site does not post anything about exchange but no refund. If I want refund, YES, I understand but they size issue, they should exchange. Who want to buy clothing if does not fit? I reported BBB.org and I will find out how they respond.
Agree with the other one star reviews. Terrible customer service and it took over 12 days to ship from Miami to Orlando. Items never arrived on time and were over three days date. Also had the wrong color codes listed in their product description. Total experience was a nightmare. Do NOT shop here- you will regret it!
This has to be the Worst option for wholesaling products. The sales team representatives are so very rude! Very displeased! The products are always coming apart at the seams! Small business owners RUN! Do not work with them!!!
8 years after I invested money and time selling online Oh La La Cheri they simply closed my account without notice.Just like that left hundreds of sellers stranded and did not even offer to buy inventory back. They made it impossible for you to even sell your inventory because they demanded not to use their licensed pictures. But this all makes sense because they started selling directly to public online and on amazon years ago under another name and now they dont even hide it anymore.
