This place has become a joke . They put me in the computer as having meningitis, found out it was a false diagnosis. Then I went in and got my weight off by 40 pounds, today I tried contacting them because my spine fusion area is hurting really bad after two years of having my fusion. My legs are weak and my back is in big pain. I called and nobody can seem to transfer me to the correct spot. One mess up is fine but since this placed switched over I’ve had nothing but issues . I send messages through portal and no response.
Second visit, with Doc Lusis. Went very well. He always puts things in terms you can understand. Always shows the MRI, pictures. Made sure I could see the difference, between the good and bad. Never seems to be in a hurry to rush you out. That is a very good thing. Medical attention shouldn't be a rush rush out the door feeling.
