Canadian Buyers Beware! If there was a zero stars option, I would have chosen that. Deplorable experience and even worse customer service model by Vlad. We purchased a motherboard and RAM, both made in China. In an email trail, their representative, Vlad, admitted to their in-house Shipper labelling all items to Canada as the same classification.
