Horrible Customer Service - Filthy Building, Look elsewhere. Management have been absolutely the worst, specifically assistant property manager and leasing agents - Bad attitudes for absolutely no reason. Security/Safety is not a priority! If you move here you will not be a priority. And if you have a fear of dogs definitely do not move here, I was attacked by a pitbull. Maintenance is below mid, very inexperienced, so far I have put in over 25 request for issues in my unit. Rodents (Mice) heavily populated on the property. ... read more
Took my deposit This apartment took my hold deposit during the time of application. Once the application was denied and I was never notified. They kept that hold deposit for months. I still have not received my money. This is ridiculous. This management is horrible and not responsive.

Ascend Apollo Experience Ascend Apollo is generally a fair apartment complex. The location is extremely convenient, the gym is nice and the floor plans/interior of the apartments are ok for the price. However, the hallways and carpets are very dirty, smells sometimes and there is a major false sense of security. Some doors aren't properly locked leaving the apartments susceptible to intruders. My time here has been great My time here at Ascend Apollo has been great starting with the leasing office to the maintenance staff!! Everyone has shown such kindness and help since I have been here and I truly appreciate it. Their daily attitude and spirits are terrific, which is something that is definitely needed during this Covid period. Again, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for being the team at Ascend Apollo!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE Garage gate always broke, multiple cars left on bricks, and roaches that came through my vent! TERRIFIED. Random upcharge prices on rent (extra fees) for valet trash that wasn’t audited in the beginning so I had to randomly pay $200 months later. So inconsiderate. Not worth the money to be considered “luxury” Looks beautiful from the outside but not when living here.
No referral from me I moved here a year ago & had plan to stay for 3yrs but the neighbors above me. I can hear them walk, talk, have intimacy, flush the toilet, run bath water use the washer machine, dryer, garbage disposal its awful. The floors appear to be caving in. Walking down the hallways on different floors for exercise during the pandemic curfew you can feel where the hallway floors have a serious dip beneath the carpet. Unresponsive team First of all, I would like to say that this place is beautiful, HOWEVER, the day of my tour, they were 30 minutes behind schedule and did not apologize for it. After the tour, I received no further information. No one ever followed up with me via email, call or anything. I called several times, left a message, no one responded. Big Let Down I have lived here a little over a year. I don’t have many neighbors on my hallway/floor. That kinda makes it somewhat quite. When I first applied I got a bit of hesitation from one of the ladies in the office concerning my apartment. But I overlooked it since I was approved, she seems to be nonchalant and a little arrogant. All good I moved in the Ascend Apollo a few months ago. So far so good EXCEPT there is a small child that lives above me and since there isn't any carpet (except in the bedrooms) she runs back and forth all day and late nights. It's very annoying. Also, the floors are super thin. I can hear my neighbors above and beneath me when they play their music especially early mornings, sometimes at 6am.
