The care I did receive was good, but the practice was so unorganized it made consistent care almost impossible. I called this winter for both med management and therapy- they said they took Tricare so I began both. In a matter of two months they had had me see three different therapists and two psychiatrists, and then called one day to tell me they actually have never taken my insurance so they had to stop all services until further notice. I have exclusively seen Dr. Josephs. Her practice has always been flexible in their scheduling. I consider them to be a wonderful place to seek counseling services. I have not had any issues with insurance or billing.

From the doctors and counselors to the administrative staff, there is nothing negative I can say. Every single person I have encountered has been the absolute best and top notch. Thank you all for everything that you have done and continue to do! You are all appreciated immensely!

Worst experience I have ever had. Only been with them about 3months and I have had 3 different therapists due to their high turn over rate and lack of competence. They set appointments on zoom and after I log in the office assistant calls to reschedule. When I am finally able to see my therapist she says she will call in the medication but never does. Every time I called rarely got to even speak to an actual person and when prompted to leave voicemail I did but they don't get back to you. They don't care about mental health ... read more
