Nick was right on the money! Diagnosed and fixed our heat/cool issue, thermostat not reporting correctly and checked the filter. We are back up and working on the same day issue reported. Thanks all!!
This is the second time Braden has been our technician. He is very pleasant to interact with and goes about his maintenance review professionally. He was thorough in explaining the need for a motor start assist. We were slightly disappointed when we received an email that also included a recommendation for a secondary float switch since that was not discussed while he was at our home.
