I've been in property management for 10 + years, and never have I dealt with a Glazier who wouldn't visit a property to measure and quote for a window replacement. Im sure there are multiple franchises and some of them great but admin/receptionist booking the inner Melbourne work orders (from QLD??) is absolutely shocking, she basically told me they won't quote unless we provide all the details, measurements, photos 1st, I'm sorry but that's not my responsibility nor would I risk making a mistake in my measurements for somet... read more
