Called @ 11am today, explained my problem, was told someone wold be here bet. 4-5, earlier if possible. 4 on the dot - Joe was here. Explained everything us options and suggestions. Very professional, very personable and efficient. Had everything working in a little over an hour. Will be back Tuesday to install minor part. Was happy with price. Would definitely recommend! I call this morning and set up a 3pm appointment. Which I thought was quick considering I had just called. But they gave me a call back in an hour or so and could be here in 30 minutes. Joe showed up on time, was very polite. He was awesome because he gave me my option of fixing the problem. So it was my choice. He did an awesome job and was very polite and efficient. I definitely would use they again
Called on Monday and talked to Rick about my problems with both my garage door openers. He suggested some things to check before coming out to save me money. There were still problems and he immediately set up an appointment for the next day. Joe the technician came and checked the openers and as I thought they needed replaced which he did quickly and expertly with a great attitude. I highly recommend ASAP Garage Doors.
Had asap garage doors and service install a new spring on my garage door 2 years ago and just recently the door did not open all the way. Called and you sent a tech out to check it. He was quick, polite and had the door working properly within 20 minutes. Thanks asap for standing behind your warranty and fixing it asap.

Called today (Sunday) and the owner called back within a minute, true to their name ASAP. The technician Shane was here in under an hour. He was very professional and courteous and was able to fix my garage door without any issues. I also got a very nice quote to have my back garage door replaced. I would highly recommend this company.

Today we had a new motorized inside mount screen door installed by ASAP and are delighted with it. All the ASAP guys did an excellent job with the installation as well as making adjustments to our main garage door. We have used this company in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. They have even been here on a Sunday with no extra charge. Highly recommend them!
