When ASAP installed my LiftMaster garage door opener everything was GREAT and I even gave them several favorable reviews. But last week I changed my router and now can’t seem to figure out how to reconnect the MyQ function. I wrote LiftMaster twice and have had no response. Decided to call ASAP (who I purchased and had install) and was told “we cannot tell you anything for free, the techs have to feed their families”. What an insult. Fabulous service - extremely helpful; highly recommend this company. I called, texted photos of my problem & Shane was out within an hour. He replaced the broken part & price was excellent. 10/10 from us.
Had a great experience with ASAP Garage Door and Services! I called and within an hour Joe came and fixed our broken spring. They have fast service and competitive pricing and they show up when they say they will!
Our garage door wouldn’t go up. Fortunately, my husband was home and was manually able to lift it. Found ASAP from an internet search. Called them at 10:20am. They said they would have someone here within an hour and they did! Our torsion spring had broke. Joe the technician gave me the price and had it replaced by 11:40am. Very much appreciate their quick response!
Called for an appointment and got one the next day. I told them the belt was broke, gave them the size. There man came out said he could not do anything without a belt. I asked how much to put the belt on and was told it would be $125. I told him I could buy the belt for $2.50 plus shipping. I would take me about 1 minute to put it on. There where other problems but all he did was stand there and said it was $35.00 service call for doing nothing. I told to get in his truck and leave and don't come back.
Had an unknown issue with our door...turns out it was a broken spring. Shane came out on a Sunday morning and in 30 minutes took care of it! Thank you!
