This was the best birthday present ever – This was my wife's idea to help me get motivated and feeling better.After my first consultation with Mark I was flying high and couldn't wait to get started.I have already dropped a waist size and I look forward to my morning workouts.I enjoy being challanged and would have never though I could do some of the exercises we have built up to. It's very invigerating.

Asap Fitness Llc is educational and refreshing !! My expectations were exceeded ! When I realized that in 5 months not only have I lost 47 lbs but I am able to maintain my weight during this busy holiday season. I got more than I ask for, a new lifestyle.They don't preach diets they teach you new healtier habits. Mark the owner rocks!!
