We get our labs done there and always very quick and nice folks.
Went in for spider bite on my forehead which is clearly infected Waited for a total of almost five hours and still hadn't been seen worst urgent care I've ever been too.
Today I walked in with 3 sick kids (9,8 & 2) plus myself. Any parent knows this can go crazy very quickly �. The staff was amazing with the kids, they never made me feel rushed or like I was a hassle juggling all three kids by myself. We waited in the lobby less than 5 mins and they had us all in one room. It was quick, effective, and very pleasant. I’m very pleased with the service and we will be back again but hopefully not soon �
In and out without an appointment, pleasant and very competent service...all the more important when you feel crappy.
I don't care how much they smile or how nice the staff is - sitting for hours on end with no info, while the provider tries to decide if you can do anything for or if they have to refer to ER? BS - staff your center appropriately! Won't be using you again.
Waiting for a cast a week later. Worst medical help in the valley for sure, they lost record that I was ever there lol terrible place...
