I have to say I have little mixed reviews. The ER was pretty busy however it took over ten hours for them to finally admit me. I had two amazing nurses one really crappy PA and one " too busy" nurse. Then went up to the floor and had nothing but amazing care all around. Thank you to all who took care of me. Three rivers will still always be MY go to hospital.
In times of medical emergencies we only hope we land in capable hands, yesterday I went to the er with extreme abdominal pain vomiting etc. it was super busy and I was so uncomfortable just sitting that once I had labs done I made the choice to go home.... well two hours later I am being called to come back in they still reviewed my labs and because they noticed something off they reached out. When i got back I was taken right back to a room and had the most amazing group of nurses and a dr that I wish had his own practice! ... read more
This is literally the worst hospital in the area. Sat in the ER for 5 hours and tons of people being seen before my fiancé with lesser sickness/injury.
Went to Urgent Care to be immediately sent to the er after telling them I did not want to go there. Waited 6 hours with "one person in front of me". Had to wait another 30 mins for someone to find a form which I didn't sign because it was basically stating if I died tonight it's my fault. I am never going there again and will request to bleed out before being seen there.
I thin the ER crew and CCU were top notch... Third floor needs some help!
Ive heard so many horror stories about this hospital. The ER was miserable (6 hr wait) but the 4 days i spent there and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They made me comfortable and took great care of me and my knee infection. I couldn't have asked for more.
