RecommendedI just wanted to share my absolute gratitude and appreciation for the high level of care I received while I was hospitalized for bilateral pneumonia. From the ambulance, ER doctors & nurses , to my room nurses, CNA’s - respiratory therapist, food service , cleaning service and physical therapist. I could not have asked for better care . I’m forever grateful to each and everyone of you and thank you for your professionalism, empathy, heartfelt service and dedication. Y’all truly saved my life , and I’m forever grateful !
I respect everyone and their effort and work here. I don’t like to complain, just would like to mention that after waiting for more than 4 hours in the ER, I went home without a doctor seeing me. I know there are lots of patients and doctors’ schedule is hectic and always full. What I really really wish for is: a few magazines/newspapers left out for patients so they don’t have to stare at the so sad grey floor and ceiling for 5, 6 hours... An average patient may feel treated well at Asante. A Non-Average Patient with extenuating, out-of-ordinary symptoms may not fare so well. Being "shooed away" and left out in the cold with no options due to physician laziness or departmental status-quo attitudes can only invoke futility and outright anger in a patient. Had to take my sister into the ER today for abnormal labs and muscle and abdominal pain. Her ER doctor was Jeremy Rohrlich. What a wonderful doctor! A very calm manner and he actually sat down and listened about our concerns. He is a gem!
3 am They say they are monitoring his oxygen level and heart. Someone looking at it all the time at some station somewhere. Well he just started thrashing around and grabbing his chest saying he had pain and pressure there. O2 level had dropped to mid 70's. His bp was 202 over 100. Lets just have another stroke. Bad connection on the 02 meter!!! I hate this fu#@ing hospital. I don't know what would have happened if I was not here.
Jus not comfortable hardly any real dr’s jus np’s dnt seem to be very thorough
Checked in at 4:15 pm and went over and let imagining know I was there my appointment was at 4:40 pm and was left waiting until 5:30 pm and was not told they were behind and they took everybody else who came in after me before me and then took me back to the room and left me waiting another 20 minutes I thought they had bad customer service
