My wife and I went with McCann thinking we would get a knowledgeable realtor. Instead we got a person who would echo whatever we thought to make a sale. Now that I purchased my home and have become more informed about row homes I am shocked I listened to have the stuff our Realor Asa Kurland had to say about comps and the state of the house.
