Called 20 min prior to arrival and was told availability and did not have to have a reservation. Myself and my 3 daughters walked in waited at counter with no help. 2 tables were available with nobody waiting. We took the table for 4 sat down and started looking for pottery. Then we were rudely greeted by an assistant and asked if we had a reservation. I explained we just called and was told we could walk in as a “walk in”.
