As New Appliances was started in 1985 by Tom Sarnowski. They were truly a "Ma & Pa" operation in the early years, with just a pickup truck and one outside employee. Over the years, we have grown in many ways. We now have 10 employees, a 5,500 sq. ft. store, and the largest selection of used, reconditioned appliances in the city. These people are a joke. My landlord bought a fridge about a year ago with them and it went out. He then purchased another fridge from them and the tech had to come out a few time to service that fridge which the motor then went out. So they bring me another fridge which was the original fridge I had for the year all they did was put a new motor in it. Today is the 4th time he came out to service this fridge. I've purchased several washers and dryers from As New over the years. They each cost me less than $200 and lasted more than two years. One dryer that I bought from them malfunctioned on the day it was installed. They brought me another identical dryer the next day and swapped them at no charge. I had the second dryer for three or four years with no problems. I have no complaints about the staff, the appliances, or the service. The staff is great and the appliances are clean and affordable. I refer all my friends and family to go there I'm glad I found a place with a nice staff and affordable product. You guys and ladies rock.

I got a few items from here which didnt work. My fridge had to be replaced 3 times before i got a working one smh.
I have gotten many items from you guys and your customer service is excellent along with your products. And you have exceptional/ affordable prices. Keep up the good work! I would definitely recommend you to anyone.
Over priced ppl yall should remember these are used items which they sell for a FEW bucks cheaper then brand new.
I was stunned by how strong and efficient the delivery men were! They just made it look so effortless and were pleasant and professional the whole time. I definitely recommend As New Appliances for their vast selection of surprisingly well-kept merchandise, affable customer service and most of all for their outstanding delivery team!
