As New Appliances was started in 1985 by Tom Sarnowski. They were truly a "Ma & Pa" operation in the early years, with just a pickup truck and one outside employee. Over the years, we have grown in many ways. We now have 10 employees, a 5,500 sq. ft. store, and the largest selection of used, reconditioned appliances in the city. unprofessional and the warranty is a hoax!!!

IM SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY HOWEVER I THINK YOU HAVE THE WRONG LOCATION YOU ARE NOT IN OUR SYSTEM I CHECKED MYSELF WE OFFER ALL OUR CUSTOMERS A 90DAY 100% WARRANTY WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YRS AT THE SAME LOCATION MY STAFF HERE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL ALSO WE ARE NOT AN AGENCY WE ARE A USED APPLIANCE STORE
I would never recommend a place that would like to keep delivery charges for something that has not work since the day I bought it and then would like to charge me a restocking fee of 10% it never worked how can you restock something that doesn’t work.
RecommendedI waited for no one to serve me I was seen right away and they were very helpful and they prices is VERY fair and they delivered and they hook up I’m glad I stop because I will be going back soon I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Yes i would just bought stove from them today after not having stove for 9 months 11/13/2019 And they are reasonable on price and 90 day warranty.
Faulty appliances make sure it works right away. My cord was broke they did fix but then the drum went out the day after warranty expired that SUCKED I had to pay did that now my heat won’t work 😭 anyways they want me to pay again but nope just put in the extra $100 or $200 and get a new one is my advice!! Rather be safe then sorry cause it was a waste of money for me but hey you might get lucky there I know I didn’t. I miss the old owner she was so nice

Purchased a refrigerator in June 2018. It stopped working within the first month. After several attempts at repair by a very rude repair person (and much wasted food) they decided to replace it. The second refrigerator also needed several repair person visits. About 2 weeks after the last repair, the refrigerator started knocking when it cycled off. I called As New and they told me that I was 5 days out of warranty. The second refrigerator should have started a new 90 day guarantee. As New said their warranty did not work th... read more
