Our AC went out the day before we were having hundreds of people at our home. Jake was so quick to return my call and send someone out within a few hours on the same day. They fixed our ac and truly saved the day! When I received the bill he had even offered a friends and family discount bc of my friend who recommended them! Great service and so glad we now have a new and trustworthy provider!!
Dave and Von came out to my home to take a look at several concerns. They thoroughly inspected a potential leak around the fireplace, carefully checking every connection to ensure everything was secure. They explained that the odor I noticed was simply combustion residue burning off from the propane pilot light and reassured me that there was no issue. Been using A&S Nathan as my go to for repairs, and maintenance for several years. Had an AC outdoor unit replaced. Service was prompt and courteous, the team went thru all the check boxes and beyond during the installation. I thought price was very reasonable. So far so good. Highly recommend.

The crew from A&S Nathan was remarkable. There were two more experienced technicians and three in training. They all worked very well and efficiently together. They were polite and considerate of my home and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I liked that A&S Nathan is planning for the future by training new technicians with more experienced ones. I wish more companies would follow their example to create employment opportunities for younger generations.
