We finally decided to switch to natural gas in our house and we were looking for a heating and cooling contractor to do it all! Gas in the house, furnace, central air and an on-demand water heater. I called A&S Nathan when the furnace in a home I was selling went and needed to be replaced asap to not jeopardize the sale. They responded immediately. The job was done quickly and professionally. Especially was impressed with their master technician, Scott, who provided quick and honest feedback and arranged for the immediate replacement. The job was completed, the home was left neatly and the sale went through! Thank you for your top notch service.
My AC stopped working during a heat wave. I called A & S Nathan Heating & Cooling LLC, and they were able to come within two hours to diagnose and fix my system. They are fast, reliable, and efficient. Highly recommend!
A&S Nathan put in a new capacitor for my AC 3 years ago (a $400+ job), but today our AC stopped cooling. Turns out they did not remove the old capacitor and instead used it as a conductor to connect to the new capacitor. What's worse is that they used a undersized wire to connect the old capacitor to the the contactor. The thin wire eventually heated up and melted (see picture). We have used A &S Nathan for years to service our oil burner and our air condition. They also installed a ductless AC in our first floor which we love. We decided to update our heat with a new propane fired boiler. They were (and always have been) professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and the price was great (and we did get quotes from others just to confirm they are THE BEST) They work neatly and efficiently.
