It would be great if you had a better staff in the management office. They SUCK!!!!! They're rude every time I call. They always give half a** answers, if I even get an answer. Customer service should be the main goal, and right now they earned a -3. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. There's no reason for tenants to have to deal with the type of rude people you have in the management office.
