The rent is still sky high! It makes us poor people to survive! Meanwhile you got the rich people complain about the little things!
Horrible place to live they like our kids going to jail
if you love weed smoke your kids have to walk through in the halls and stairway. If you love waking up to garbage outside. Urine and garbage in your hallway and staircase. Block party levels of music, all times ...even on work and school days. Groups of dudes hanging out, yelling, cursing and smoking while you come from work. All for the high price for almost $2000 a month. This is the place. look no further💁🏾♀️
The site needs better security.. they lack on communication towards other security guards.. was an okay site to work at
The scenery is great, haven't had any problems with maintenance or management yet but my neighbors are nasty. They throw trash onto my balcony everyday so you can't even enjoy it. They let their kids play in the hallway which isn't a problem but they drop trash and spill stuff and leave it. Starting to regret moving here.
The elevator o ways they broke and we have a lots of people in worker and in well chair and is really sad when we see people in well chair wearing so long for the elevator Miss Ana Ortiz
